Hey All!!
I was extremely busy this weekend helping Dave and Josh get the addition to the house done, so I did not have time to get online and update the blog. So, I will give a quick run down of how the weekend went.
Saturday:
I did not get nearly enough calories in b/c of being so busy. My total calorie consumption was 362 calories for the day. Surprisingly I was not starving all day. I did take an energy supplement (pill form) in the morning and the afternoon. I don't know if that helped with the hunger. My guess is yes.

I did my measurements, they are as follows:
Chest: Last week: 38 1/2"
Chest: This week: 38"
Waistline: Last week: 32 1/4"

Sunday:
Another very busy day. I did a little better on getting more calories in. My total was 432 calories for the day.
I only took one energy supplement in the morning.

I was surprised when we had dinner, at freakin 10pm (way too late for us), it did not take long for me to feel full. I had 4.25 ounces of chicken breast and 6 ounces of cauliflower. Then I had my sliced strawberries for dessert. I had 7ounces in my dish but I could not eat all of them.
Today:
I was very happy with the scale this morning. I weighed in at 136.8!!!!!!!
I haven't been this low in at least 6 months!
The hunger hasn't been too bad, but I'm ready for my apple right now. :)

So my current weight stats are as follows:
My beginning weight on April 9th was 143.0lbs
After my 3 load days I was 144.6lbs
today = 136.8
Total loss after load days = 7.8 lbs (7days)
Total loss from April 9th = 6.2lbs (9days)
This may look confusing, and it can be, from what I have learned most people following this diet quote their weight loss, using the last load days as their starting weight....hence a higher weight loss, than if you use the number from your first day on the drops.
So, I am going to follow the masses, and do the same going forward.
