So, I am down to 139.2lbs today….Which means I lost .8lbs since yesterday, not nearly as dramatic as the past two days, but I’m still down. So that’s good.
I was nervous last night that I wouldn’t be down at all b/c I actually ate dinner (chicken breast & green beans) vs having a protein shake & veggies. Plus I ate some dill pickles. I did it out of habit while I was making dinner. Every diet I’ve been on I eat the hamburger dill pickle chips from Publix b/c they have no calories…not to mention I LOVE pickles.

So, I’m sure that had a little to do with the weight loss not being as high as the past two days.
Current stats:
My beginning weight on April 9th (7 days ago) was 143.0lbs
After my 3 load days I was 144.6lbs
Yesterday = 140.0lbs
Today = 139.2lbs
Today, I decided to change up my meals a little. Here is the breakdown:
Breakfast:
Two hard boiled eggs, no yolk.
Mid Morning Snack:
Apple
Lunch:
Protein shake & Melba toast.
Afternoon Snack:
Broccoli/Cauliflower mix
Dinner:
Chicken Breast & Green Beans
Dessert:
Strawberries
