I can agree with everyone else who has taken this hCG journey, you DEFINITELY get headaches. My head has been hurting for two days straight, now going on the third day. I have taken 800mg ibuprofen and it barely takes the edge off the headache. I am so glad I decided to start this over the weekend. I laid in bed Saturday evening (around 4ish), watching tv and following the Local HCG support group on Face Book. Following the postings on that site has been very helpful. You can find the support group on FB under "Local HCG."
Sunday, Dave and I slept in until 9:30, we NEVER sleep in that late!! So that was nice. I did wake up around 6am, so I weighed myself and took my drops and went back to bed. I was really excited about eating what ever I wanted during the load days, but I am surprised how much I was not able to eat or should I say did not feel like eating. On one of the FB postings, it was said that loading was VERY IMPORTANT b/c your body will feed off of this food until the hCG starts burning the abnormal superfluous fat.
So, I ate a big lunch (bacon cheeseburger, with french fries and a side of onion rings) with Dave at Steak n' Shake. Then we laid down for a nap around 2:30. We got up about 5:15. I still felt so full from lunch that I was not ready to make dinner. Around 7:00 I finally started dinner. We had buttered noodles, corn and steaks off of the grill (they were delicious). The ribeye steaks were huge, but I could not eat my whole steak.
Around 9:00 we had some ice cream and then went to bed.
Yesterday I weighed in at 143.8 lbs.
That brings us to today.
I still have a headache, but it is not as painful as yesterday.
I woke up around 6am and weighed myself and took my drops and went back to bed. I weighed 143.6 lbs at 6am. I was not supposed to go back to bed, BUT I was exhausted. So, I finally got up around 7am.
This is the part I find strange, I decided to weigh myself again, before I dot in the shower. The scale said 142.4. I checked it 3 times. So, I'm not sure if I misread the scale at 6am or what. PLUS, I don't know how I lost any weight with all the junk I have eaten all weekend.
For breakfast I had two eggs over easy, two slices of toast and a slice of cheese.
For lunch, I have brought two chicken thighs from KFC, coleslaw and buttered noodles. I also brought cheese cubes to snack on and more Reese's Easter eggs to have this afternoon.
I'm not sure what we are having for dinner. I will let you know tomorrow how the rest of my day went today.
I have nearly put myself to sleep typing this. I hope you have not fallen asleep if you are reading this. :)
