More good news!!!! I lost 2.2lbs since yesterday!!! WoohWooh!!
Here are the stats:
My beginning weight on April 9th (6 days ago) was 143.0lbs
After my 3 load days I was 144.6lbs
yesterday = 142.2lbs
today = 140.0
I am pumped with the results I am seeing on the scale.
I still haven't figured out how to add a food log or calorie counter to the blog.
I did find a FREE Food Diary site where I can log my meals.

I have learned over all the years of dieting, that logging everything you put in your mouth will help you tremendously in losing weight. It helps you stay accountable to yourself. At the very least you can see what you ate on the days that you saw results.
Yesterday I was hungry off and on throughout the day, so I followed Candice's advice (http://www.askcandice.blogspot.com/) and chugged lots of water!! It did help. I have been consuming over 100 ounces of water a day. Let me tell you, I have to pee every freakin hour...lol...I know TMI, sorry.
Tonight I do not have class, so I will be having a real meal (chicken breast & veggies) with my husband, instead of a protein shake.
Let's hope the scale keeps going down!!
