I am happy to report that the headache seems to be gone!!! You have know idea what a relief that is!
Yesterday was my last load day and I cannot believe that I am actually happy about that! I was so full last night that I felt I could vomit!
The scale this morning definitely reflected the increase in food. I weighed in at 144.6...ugghhhh! I haven't been that high since the holidays.
Tuesdays and Wednesdays might be tough b/c I have classes after work.
Here are the meals I have planned for the day.
Breakfast (9am) - protein shake: 100 calories
Mid Morning snack - apple(small): 55 calories
Lunch - Shrimp (3.5oz): 110 calories
- Steamed Cauliflower (3.5 oz): 22 calories
Mid Afternoon snack - melba toast (5oz): 20 calories
Dinner - protein shake: 80 calories
- melba toast (5oz): 20 calories
Dessert - Strawberries (20 medium): 80 calories
Grand Total: 487 calories
I will let you know tomorrow how today went and what the scale says.
Tomorrow's menu will probably be the same.
