Finished Week 4 (2nd round of drops)

Saturday was the end of week four. I weighed in at 114.2 lbs!! I have surpassed my goal of 115 and so far I have lost 13.6 pounds this round.  The two rounds combined I have lost a total of 30 lbs. I have 4 pounds to go to reach 110 lbs!! It looks like I will be finishing up this round this weekend and on to stabilization. 

I just received an email update yesterdat from Jerry Price, the owner of LocalHCG, he said they have come up with an 800 calorie protocol that has been successful.  When you order, you will have your choice of the 500 calorie OR the 800 calorie. Remember this diet works IF you follow it to a "T"!! I am living proof :).  Most people lose 1 to 2 lbs a day. The more you have to lose the faster it comes off. This round I only needed to lose 10 lbs, so I am averaging a 1/2 lb a day, but that is fine with me. I was not able to get any new pictures this weekend, so I will try for this up coming weekend and post them.  I can't wait to start working out again. I want to tone and firm my thighs, abs, and butt.

Round Two starting weight (after load days): 127.8 lbs Saturday, July 23  =  116.4 lbs
