This posting is a few days late, but things just keep getting better!!! I lost another 3.2 lbs this week. I went shopping on Sunday and FINALLY bought some clothes that fit. I bought size FOUR in my pants!!! I also bought a size TWO dress!! That was a first for me. I have never been a 2 or a 4. I have also never enjoyed shopping as much as I did on Sunday.
This diet works IF you follow it to a "T"!! I am walking proof :). Remember, most people lose 1 to 2 lbs a day. The more you have to lose the faster it comes off. This round I only needed to lose 10 lbs, so I am averaging a 1/2 lb a day, but that is fine with me.
