R1P2VLCD33, 34 & 35

GOOD/BAD Weekend!!
My measurements were great on Saturday...the weight was ok. It stayed the same from Friday, which was 127.6lbs. I am NOT happy with the results of the pellets!! I am not losing at the same rate as I was with the drops. Sunday was my last day of the pellets. 
I did lose control this weekend. I did not follow the protocol. Here is how it went:

SATURDAY:
Breakfast - 2 egg whites
Mid-morning snack - apple
Lunch - nothing, except two vodka drinks at the beach
Mid-afternoon snack - 3 handfuls of Wheat Thins and a few carrots and ranch veggie dip
Dinner - 15 grilled shrimp with salsa

SUNDAY:
Breakfast - nothing
Mid-morning snack - nothing
Lunch - Chicken & salsa, handful of salt & vinegar chips
Mid-afternoon snack - 3 vodka drinks, 2 glasses of champagne, wheat thins
Dinner - steak & corn on the cob

So, after a "bad" weekend of eating, I was only up 1 lb. I am definitely not upset by that. I can't blame the pellets for that...I lost control this weekend.

Today is my first day of Stabilization....wish me luck, I'm going to need it.


Here is an update on my stats:
Starting weight (after load days): 144.6lbs
Yesterday = 127.8 lbs
Today = 128.8 lbs

Waistline: Beginning:  32 1/4"
Waistline: This week:  29"

Hips: Beginning:  40 1/2"
Hips: This week:  37 1/4"

Right Thigh: Beginning:  25 1/2"
Right Thigh: This week:  22 1/2"

Left Thigh: Beginning:  24 1/2"
Left Thigh: This week:  22"

Right Bicep: Beginning:  12 1/2"
Right Bicep: This week:  11"

Left Bicep: Beginning:  12"
Left Bicep: This week:  11"

BMI: Beginning: 25.6
BMI: This week: 22.8
