Finshed Week 3 (2nd round of drops)

This posting is a few days late, but things just keep getting better!!! I lost another 3.2 lbs this week. I went shopping on Sunday and FINALLY bought some clothes that fit.  I bought size FOUR in my pants!!! I also bought a size TWO dress!! That was a first for me. I have never been a 2 or a 4.  I have also never enjoyed shopping as much as I did on Sunday.

This diet works IF you follow it to a "T"!! I am walking proof :).  Remember, most people lose 1 to 2 lbs a day. The more you have to lose the faster it comes off. This round I only needed to lose 10 lbs, so I am averaging a 1/2 lb a day, but that is fine with me. Finished Week 2 of Second Round of Drops!!

I'm happy to report this has been a GREAT week on the scale!!
This week I lost a total of 5 lbs!!
I'm down 8.2 lbs since my last load day.
8.2 lbs in 12 days!?!?!? I think that's pretty good :)

I keep changing my goal weight. When I first started the HCG journey, I wanted to get down to 125. I did that! So, my new goal then became 115. I am only 4.6 lbs away from reaching that goal. So, I am considering lowering my goal to 110 lbs.  I know it can be done. I don't think I have been 110 lbs since sophomore or junior year in high school. Regardless of my goal, I have to stay on the drops for two more weeks (total of 26 days on the drops is the minimum amount of time to be on the drops). We will see where I am at at the end of 26 days and go from there.

As you can see, I still need to lose some more weight in my hips, thighs, butt and gut!! But I think you can see the progress.

It felt really good to wear this outfit. I haven't worn it in over 10 years.

ROUND 2 of Drops

So much to talk about and not enough time!!

I started my second round of drops last Saturday, July 2nd.
Above are the pictures of me from my last day of drops from the first round (which was back in May)
I ended my first round weighing in at 127.8 lbs!! 2.8 pounds shy of my original goal of 125.
Now my new goal is 115.

So, I have been on the drops for a week and I have to say I'm not losing as quickly as I did on the first round. However, that being said, I don't have NEARLY as much weight to lose as I did the first round.  I also have not been logging my food in my journal like I did the first round. So, I am going to start doing that today. Here is the site I use to keep track of my calories, in case you are interested.

I started this round weighing in at 124.0. After my three load days I was up to 127.8.
